Regional Project Implementation Manager (CISCO IPtel)

• To roll out CISCO IP contact centre project implementation across APAC countries
• 1 year renewable contract

Requirements

• At least 10 years of work experience in MNC and minimal 5 years of which in managing large scale global/regional projects.
• Proven knowledge and experience in a Care Centre technologies especially telephony systems
• Detailed knowledge of CC processes, policies and procedures is essential
• Project management experience essential
• Change management experience essential
• Risk management experience essential
• Training and facilitator experience as a preference
• Experience of working with external suppliers/vendors as a preference.
• Multi-Channel, Social Media experience desirable.

Necessary Technical / Functional Skills

• Ability to lead technical discussions on Contact Center technologies/systems with users and IT resources and suppliers
• Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation both written and verbal in English language, and preferably at least one Asian language verbally
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with fellow employees, peers from other teams and/or parts of the organisation
• Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules which identify time frames for key project milestones
• Ability to accept, direct and perform responsibilities and work assigned tasks as a project team member in support of the overall project
• Can assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organisation
• Ability to collect, organise and analyse data, summarise findings; develop conclusions and recommendations
• Good presentation and facilitating skills
• Proficient use of Office applications (Word, Excel, Project & PowerPoint)
• Minimal 5 years experience in managing/implementing complex, large scale regional/global projects, of which at least one complete working in a quality, service oriented
