Meeting Coordination and Support

  • Support pre-meeting preparation including booking of meeting rooms, collating & circulating of relevant documentation such as agendas and presentation packs for meetings.
  • Attend IT council & customer’s department meetings and prepare meeting minutes

Project Management Support


  • Assist the project manager in administrative duties and activities to achieve project targets
  • Coordinate project communications
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking of project risk and issues
  • Attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on actions arising from meetings




  • Provide support & administrative duties
  • Assist in compiling projects status reports and updating of portfolio dashboard
  • Support in Project Health Checks o Maintain PMO documentation, reports & knowledge management
  • Act as a consultation point for PMO policies, processes, and procedures
