Project Management Requirement

 

  • Drives organization wide initiatives such as the “CRM Overhaul” program, IT roadmap planning. and holds the organization accountable for delivering on commitments
  • Managing cross-functional teams to drive a comprehensive set of strategic to tactical actions to address a strategic system & solution
  • Implements step function change that drives clear and easy customer experience
  • Improves the way we deliver products, sales supports, business office automation by simplifying our processes
  • Able to run projects with internal users independently
  • Drive adoption and new work through meaningful use of innovative solutions.
  • Experience in work planning and tasks tracking

 

Technical Requirements

Experience in system integration work.

 

  • Solid experience in .Net and C#, MS CRM, 2013, MS CRM D365.
  • Experience in implementing ASP.NET, Web Service and desktop applications.
  • Experience in using MS TFS or equivalent tools to track team progress
  • Skilled in enterprise technical architecture and implemented well-known design patterns
  • Quick learner in languages, pragmatic in solution delivery
  • Other Requirements

 

Relevant qualifications in IT/Computer Science

 

  • 8 - 15 years of relevant experience
  • Strong Analytical skills and well verse with problem resolution methodologies
  • Possess can-do attitude, initiative, creativity and able to work under stringent time
