  • Report and follow-up on the business continuity and disaster recovery status to customers’ BCP Committee periodically.
  • Plan, collate and analyze RTO and RPO requirements from the Business Impact Analysis submission from customers’ business units.
  • Support for key exercises and training initiatives such as Fever Screening exercise, Remote Access Test by customers’ overseas office, Mass broadcast exercise, BCP Coordinator trainings, etc.
  • Develop and maintain IT disaster recovery plans and procedures.
  • Manage the BCP Hotsite office for customers, including facilities, seat allocation and office equipment, etc.
  • Plan, coordinate and follow-up for BCP Hotsite displacement exercise for customers.
  • Plan and facilitate training for internal recovery site teams within the organization.
  • Plan, coordinate and follow-up for IT DR exercise for the data centre.
  • Support for annual BCP IT budget exercise, quarterly accrual exercise, BCP IT expenditures and monthly billing for customers.
  • Prepare and support for periodic audits by initiated by customers or within the organization.
  • Support for recovery of the BCP Hotsite office or applications when a disaster event occurs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Business, Science, or related field
  • Organizational level program / project management and associated governance experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in medium-to-large scale strategic planning and operations, or project management
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-vertical organizational environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Process mindset, excellent organization and co-ordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams to achieve business objectives under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to undertake complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand technical documentation in the IT disaster recovery runbooks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint – Intermediate; Excel, Sharepoint, Outlook – Basic).
  • Working knowledge of industry standards including ISO 22301 would be an advantage
