Project management (includes presales support)

• Perform pre-sales activities (respond to tenders, RFP, quotations, etc.).
• Oversee the preparation and negotiation of offers and contracts.
• Management and control of projects and ensuring flawless project execution.
• Meet the requested solution-scope and quality of the deliverable.
• Assurance of and responsibility for controlling and reporting.
• Analysis, evaluation and coordination of customer inquiries.
• Establish and maintain relationships with client, stakeholders, third parties & vendors.

Line Management

• Guide and mentor other projects manager.
• Guide and coach a team of project managers in accordance to company best practices.
• Personnel development and training of the team of project managers.
• Implement strategic initiatives in accordance with business unit head.
• First level of customer escalating for project escalation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 15 years of experience (10 in project management).
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Proven negotiating skills and very good communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in agile development practices.
• Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Resident preferred.
