Our client is a global BPO and Data Management outsourcing services provider.

• Overall crafting solution development from contractual, pricing , and overall technical delivery perspective
• Contractual Risk Mitigation
• Cost Benefit Analysis, Impact Analyst, Financial saving analysis, security integration analysis
• Research, evaluates 3rd party partner solutions and capabilities
• Disciplined and adhere to strict Solution Architecturing process (including reviews/sign-offs with internal stakeholders)
• Act as important bridge between deal pursuits requirements and service delivery capabilities
• May be called upon to team across regions, business units as well as third parties.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, computer science or related fields
• Good Business Processing solution experience in areas of data archiving, workflow
• Good Pricing Modelling Skills
• Good knowledge of office/workflow automation requirements within financial services , manufacturing, or supply chain environment
• Min 4-6 years work experience – at least 2 of which should be in business process outsourcing solution architecting or service delivery
• Good understanding of enterprise business processes and IT systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
• Good understanding of hardware/software technology in areas of data storage, and data format interexchange
• Good exp in Project management in areas of scoping, timeline scheduling and management, financial management and project deliverables
• Strong communication skills across across all levels.
