Commercial Manager

- Contract review of all contracts , the commercial manager to review both client and vendor contracts. To ensure that all commercial risks, cross border taxation and legal risks are mitigated.
- Deal structuring to optimize tax position and review and assess profitability, risk and cashflow.
- To manage and maintain the model and train employees on utilization of the costing/pricing model.
- Assessing prospective business to demonstrate the financial impact of new business (including venture investment and joint venture)
- Prepare cost to serve analysis and to review on an annual basis and update the costing/pricing model accordingly.
- Finalization of standard cost per hour for different grade of people including IT& Services staff cost, admin and sales overheads, depreciation, finance cost and margin etc.
- Review all business case for all ‘new business/joint venture/investments.
- Project financial status reporting
- Draft the Accounting Treatment Memo for all revenue generating projects and large deals won.
- Support adhoc task that are assigned.
REQUIRMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role in MNC environment.
- Prior industry experience in outsourcing or services &/or IT company will have added advantage, along with a background within a global organization
- Highly effective organizing and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical skills, detail-oriented in a problem-solving environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Professional qualification from CA / ACCA / CIMA, or studies at final stage
Salary
- Annual Base : 130K
- Annual Gross: 160K to 180K
