Support GSD/CSD Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) Regional Commercial Team in terms of finance planning and analytical work streams including: Monthly Forecast Monthly & Quarterly Business Review Opex management Annual Operations Plan Business case simulation Deals and funnel review 5-Year Strategic Plan (STRAP) Provide FP&A support to GSD, GTS and CSD APJ team in driving profitability growth. Business partnering with GSD/CSD leaders to optimize P&L, drive for organic growth Provide finance input in terms of resource optimization and organization efficiency Continuously looking for opportunities of process improvement Support regional commercial leader for ad hoc reports and analysis Minimum Requirements 12-15 years working experience in MNC Good commercial sense and able to navigate through matrix organization Self-motivated and result driven Good analytical skills and highly proficient in excel Good communication and presentation skill Willing to be hands on with analytical work People manager experience Candidate with accounting background is preferred Show more
