About The Job The Group Treasury Manager will be part of the Corporate Finance team in our Singapore Global HQ. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, this role seeks a highly-motivated individual who’s independent and hungry to grow and learn in a fast-growing, global company. You will form part of the key group finance function, using our Finance brains to support the commercial success of the business. Your main focus will be partnering with the group finance team, Bankers and the Payment service providers. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strong treasury and finance experience and a basic international accounting knowledge. You also love a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and maintain high energy levels in a constantly changing environment as you share our core values. This is a newly created full time individual contributor role to begin with but this role may become a team lead in the future. The position will be based in Singapore. Responsibilities Manage end to end treasury activities for the group. Develop treasury strategy, reports and dashboard to monitor liquidity, exposures and to analyze financial risks. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of a Treasury Management System Manage banks, payment platforms, payment fee rationalization and reconciliations. Evaluate the current arrangements and propose an efficient setup. Administer group bank accounts and banking relationships including working capital facilities Review and analyze cash positions and cash flow forecasts to ensure an optimal level of cash in each entity. Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities. Ensure all the outgoing payments are validated Manage multiple currencies and mitigate forex risk Manage intercompany funding and money movements in an efficient manner Support statutory audits and month close activities Partner with group business leaders, finance and legal teams to ensure that the group’s current and future processes are always aligned with the treasury strategy Act as the primary treasury point-of-contact and subject matter expert to the group Your Profile Qualified CA or CPA Minimum 5+ years proven treasury experience preferably in an ecommerce regional setup Having a sound understanding of the payment platforms Experience in International treasury management and accounting Proficient in multi-currency management Experience in working in a fast-paced and high growth environment Good organizational and time management skills to deal with multiple deliverables and tight timelines Independent, creative, process-driven, technically strong with a strategic and conceptual mindset, and a motivated team player Able to seamlessly operate at operational, tactical and Strategic levels In Return You Will Get Flat hierarchy and co-operative working atmosphere Freedom to execute own ideas Competitive package Medical Cover Access to your personal Lifestyle Spending Account This position is available immediately.
