As Junior Financial Analyst, you will report to the Financial Controller Asia-Pacific, work closely with all members of our team and provide insight and analysis to the whole organization. Key duties & responsibilities Key responsibilities include, though are not limited to: Financial planning and analysis Assist to ensure timely & accurate monthly and year-end management reports according to local and Group policies (including high quality comments) Play a key supporting role during budgets and business reviews preparation Drive cost analysis process, providing trends and forecasts and recommending actions Business Support Prepare management information on both a regular and ad-hoc basis related to actual achievements and financial business models Provide on-going input from a financial perspective for business decision-making Other Actively participate in the development of policies, processes, tools and reports to drive business/operational improvements Support with internal & external audits Reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Qualifications The Successful Candidate has: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent Fluent English, both orally and in writing At least 5 years hands-on working experience as a Financial Analyst Proficient in MS Office applications Knowledge of SAP or other ERP will be an advantage Effective team player, with a positive working attitude, pro-active, hardworking, organized and willing to learn Ability to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure Good problem solving and analytical skills Knowledge of German language is an advantage.
