Responsibilities nexus is looking for a HR Business Partner to help scale business growth ! Reporting into the Chief of Staff this role will be the first line for day to day HR activities. Provide strategic guidance and partnership to business leaders Identify, prioritise and develop organisational capabilities and behaviours to build a workforce that is future-ready Effectively partner with, challenge and influence business leaders to deliver the right outcomes on people-related decisions, focusing on key agenda items such as Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing Be a disruptor, driving culture change and delivering global and supporting change initiatives Collaborate with others to deliver an adaptable, right-sized, right-shored operating model focused on improving productivity for nexus Develop and deploy an effective talent strategy to ensure high-quality succession pipelines exist for critical roles within SC Ventures subsidiaries. Play an active role in key talent decisions, rewards and welfare Provide guidance and support or participate in ongoing HR projects, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and practices. Design company HR policies and procedures Review and update our employment contracts and agreements Requirements Minimum 8 years of HRBP & Talent experience Ideally worked in banking and/or technology space (Fintech is best) Has experience in navigating product offerings around reward, payroll or benefits Possess excellent management, time-management and problem-solving skills Is organized and able to multi-task and prioritize competing requests from different stakeholders Apply now to join the Bank for those with big career ambitions.
