What's the role? As the Lead HR Business Partner, you will play a dynamic role in providing coaching and support on a wide range of strategic and operational HR issues. Assigned to a specific functional team, you will work closely with the APAC Product Team’s sub-regional leads and team members to foster an innovative, impactful, efficient and exciting work environment that promotes strong collaboration, creativity, high performance and continuous learning. Your Main Roles & Responsibilities Include Collaborating between regional leaders / teams and the People team to understand business priorities and assessing needs in staffing, organization design, performance management, change management, employee relations, new leader coaching, talent management and career development Driving and managing HR solutions, driving initiatives, implementing new processes or tools in support of business priorities, project operations and overall team engagement Synchronizing with leaders and teams regularly to update on HR initiatives, discussing HR issues and collating feedback on teams Guiding leaders and managers on performance & appraisal issues and enhancing managers’ engagement in people management. Coordinating initiatives that enhance work relationships, staff, and retention, and reinforcing & promoting HERE Technologies culture, e.g. team health survey, staff appreciation program, team-building events etc. Using analytics to proactively guide managers on meaningful trends Evaluating employees’ needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, career development and leadership. Assessing and anticipating human resources-related needs Managing and resolving general concerns, coaching managers to address the day to day functioning of the organization Championing and promoting HR initiatives across the teams Who are you? You are strong candidate for this role if you possess the following skills , competencies and work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Humanities, or related disciplines A total of 8+ years of work experience, with at least 5 years of work experience in a HR Business Partner role; ideally, in a set-up that requires synchronization across various geographies, functions and stakeholders of mixed seniorities. Experience in an IT product or software company will be beneficial Validated work experience in the APAC region Prior experience in regional talent acquisition will be a plus Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills (verbal and written) Strong work ethics, ability to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity Strong experience in dealing with employee matters, labor laws and work relations Good planning, organizing, analytical and problem-solving skills Fast learner, proactive, agility to thrive within a fast-paced environment Ability to work both on a team (a member or leader) and independently to deliver results with minimal supervision Adept at working with diverse teams of different cultures and personalities Who are we?
