Process monthly payroll cycles Timesheets computation for calculation of OT and incentives Check validity of projects for allocation CPF Submission Submission of NSman makeup pay Preparing wage report for accounts scheduling Prepare JDs for director’s approval Interview arrangements Full spectrum of employment cycle (prepare onboarding, confirmation, promotion, demotion, exit clearance) File exit clearance (IR21) Annual filing of income tax (IR8A) Weekly manpower update Maintain HRIS, HRApp and proper P-files Maintain database for project passes Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL) Workers repatriation Workers dorm coordination Submit application for Man Year Entitlement (MYE) Leave Administration Claim of GPL, levy waiver, government grants where applicable Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments Insurance policy renewals and claims submission Handle grievances & disciplinary issues Handle ad-hoc office administration Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management Requirements Experience in Whyze Payroll preferred Must have hands-on experience in payroll Min. Diploma in Human Resource or 1-2 years of working experience in similar capacity Show more
