Job Brief We are looking for an HR Coordinator to oversee our Singapore and Indonesia offices. You will work with a team to coordinate and control HR and relevant administration activities. Our ideal candidate has previous experience in both Singapore AND Indonesia (preferably Batam) or experience in complying with both Singapore and Indonesia Labour laws and other applicable regulations. You will be based in Singapore. To succeed in this role, you must have a problem-solving attitude, pay extreme attention to details and be able to coordinate with a team of people based in Singapore and Indonesia. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure the Company HR operations are accurate and effective. Job Description Reporting directly to the General Manager Providing support in Human Resources and Office Administration functions Reviewing, recommending, revising and implementing human resources policies and procedures to be relevant and in compliance with Singapore and Indonesia Labour laws and other applicable regulations Supporting end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing to arranging for interviews Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees Handle full employment cycle (including appointment, re-appointment, promotion and cessation) Review CVs and conduct interviews with potential candidates Drafting of Job Descriptions and Job Offers for hiring purposes Drafting and finalization of Job Contracts (for Singaporeans, Indonesia and expatriates to both countries) Arranging employees Visas and Work Permits in both Singapore and Indonesia Liaising with all relevant Singapore and Indonesia Governments Agencies Understand and adhere to all pertinent Singapore and Indonesia labour laws Administer insurance plans, government-paid leave, appraisals etc. Proper filing of employee-related documents (including Passports, IDs, educational certificates etc) Update Company internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts Post, update and remove job ads from Linkedin Generate reports for employees attendance Preparing weekly and monthly HR reports with the ability to analyse the information to recommend improvements Managing internship programs with relevant institutions Plan for staff’s Learning and Development Monitor employee progress, ensuring Company Standard Operating Procedures are duly followed Maintaining HR documents and forms like employee handbooks, HR forms, and templates Review and update Company Standard Operating Procedures, keep employee handbook current Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments Review and update Job Descriptions, Job Offers, Job Contracts Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees Participate in organizing company events Requirements Experience in both Singapore AND Indonesia (preferably Batam) Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills Honest, ethical, and dependable Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes Experience with full-cycle recruiting Good knowledge of Singapore and Indonesia labour laws and regulations (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, insurance) Solid communication skills Diploma in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field preferred Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) Qualification Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Minimum 5 Years of Experience Show more
