Job Title Recruitment Specialist APAC Job Description The Recruitment Specialist focuses on supporting recruitments across the APAC region, making sure that we are in line with our recruitment process without compromising on quality. Ensure the candidates get a good experience throughout the process and enhance Axis as brand. In partnership with the APAC leadership team and Regional HR Management, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and driving the talent acquisition strategy for Axis Communications in an assigned geography. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The incumbent will be expected to proactively source top talent for the region. This position is based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities: Partner with managers to write job descriptions and compelling job ads; define and train interview teams on best practices. oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Create and manage job postings through Workday Use social media channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed) to proactively recruit talent Maintain recruiting metrics including cost per hire, time to fill, diversity, etc Create and drive initiatives to improve time to fill and cost per hire Manage Employee Referral Program Create and manage the Internship Program Manage interview scheduling and applicant travel Manage vendor relationships including agencies and background screening Attend recruiting events to promote Axis’ employer brand Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Provide weekly recruiting summaries to hiring managers and monthly reports to the Management Team and regional HR Managers Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Deliver offers and close candidates. Disposition candidates in Workday Being a bearer of our company culture Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation skills Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies to develop and maintain a diverse talent pool. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative Excellent assessment competence Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems (e.g. Workday) Good knowledge in digital technologies including social media Fluent ability in written and verbal English, any other language is valuable Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. 5 years in a recruiting role for a growing company. Experience from working with recruitment consultants. Demonstrated experience with recruitment in a structured way according to a set process. A background of working in an international dynamic environment. Experience or certification from recruitment related test tool is of value.
