Junior HRBP / HR Generalist at Allianz

Job Purpose/ Role The incumbent would be required to provide support across full spectrum of HR and would be a part of the HRBP team for the Regional Office of Allianz SE, Singapore Branch. The individual's key responsibilities are listed below: Key Responsibilities Work with business to provide HR solutions on day to day matters Continuous enhancement of Employee Experience, so every employee has a positive experience on each Moment that Matters HR Analytics - Data validations and building dashboards based on requirements. Able to story tell around the trends Preparation of monthly reports, quarterly reports for submission to local authorities, Group and local management team Annual Budgeting and accruals, working closely with finance Drive Engagement activities, Annual survey and follow up actions with Head of HR Assist in ad hoc projects like Strategic Workforce Planning Back up for HR Generalist on activities such as on boarding / off boarding / maintaining different HR systems/ ensuring accuracy of employee data/ processing HR related invoices. Key Requirements/ Skills Degree holder in HR Management or related Educational Certificate Good understanding of local labour laws Strong data sense, eye for details, highly energized and great multi-tasking ability Good problem solver with great communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently as well as engaging with various stakeholders Possess an open mind-set and result-driven Customer centric mind-set Able to work in an ambiguous environment Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR operations function in a MNC environment Prior experience using Success Factors all modules is ideal Good interpersonal skill, meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Additional Information Download Google Assistant via your mobile phone and say “ I want to talk to Allianz Careers”.
