Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, the HRBP provides expertise in the areas of, but not limited to, talent acquisition and management, employee and labour relations, employee engagement, organizational development, learning and development, coaching, workforce planning, and performance management as he/she front the business. The HRBP will be strong independent contributor, responsible for staying abreast on HR best practices in support and alignment of strategic business objectives across the Sales and Services organisations across SEA. This role will be the first line for day to day HR activities as follows to our business front: HR Business Partnering Build relationship as a trusted HR advisor across the sales and services organisations across SEA with senior stakeholders and leaders, including display of strong professional credibility. Identify, prioritise and develop organisational capabilities and behaviours to build a workforce that is future-ready Effectively partner and consulting with, and influence business leaders to deliver the right outcomes on people-related decisions, focusing on key agenda items such as people and culture Gather ground sensing on people-related needs to deliver value-added services to the business and employees through collaborative partnership with Shared Services Responsible for guiding and implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives/complex HR projects aligned to business/organization's objectives Talent Management Develop strategies to attract, drive and retain potentials in the organisation. Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities and support talent review strategies and processes (onboarding to exit interview) Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and support leader on competency/career/employee development plan to sustain organisational capability and nurture a learning organisation culture Operationalize people strategies and facilitate employee movement and deployment. Manage and resolve employee relations issues throughout the employee life cycle. Partnering with leaders in Talent Management topics i.e. hr planning, performance management, delivery of training/mentor-mentee programme, to drive employee development, organisation effectiveness, etc. Change Management Work with Senior Management to create and implement change strategies. Play key role in supporting business through changes by consulting and coaching the leaders. Drive employee engagement by analyzing trends and propose engagement strategies, partner with leaders to deliver effective communications. Active involvement in Change Management to drive organisational alignment and effective human resource management. Champion the importance and value of engagement. Mobilise people leaders into action. Specification: min. Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Human Resource Management, and/or relevant; min. 5 years in HR Business Partnering in a similar industry; in depth knowledge of local compliance and labour law and growing trend of learning & development. will be an added advantage; well-rounded HR knowledge base, with track record to developing and implementing scalable HR solutions, to address business needs; hands-on, independent but also a strong team player; high sensing and analytical ability (including using HR metrics to support analysis); possess business acumen to translate business objectives to strategic HR initiatives Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Show more
