Responsibilities:-. Champion and subject matter focal point of Performance Management, Compensation, and Benefits processes. Advisor to business leaders to ensure smooth execution of compensation and benefits solutions that fully align with Total Rewards directions and functions/business goals. Lead, manage, and implement the complete annual cycle of performance management and remuneration review exercises. Implement and maintain Job design analysis, Job Evaluation, conduct survey job matching, salary benchmarking and etc. Review salary competitiveness and planning recommendations, including manpower cost budgeting & provisions. Hands-on role to work on TR related spreadsheets, computations, writes clear policy documentation while working with multiple data sources. Works closely with HR Shared Services to ensure seamless execution of programs and assist to identify opportunities to harmonize, improve, and/or automate current processes and policies. Understand top talent, key roles, and strategic workforce plan to influence compensation strategy and planning with respect to base pay, incentives, and internal equity. Ensure effective communication of total rewards philosophy and practices with internal stakeholders at all levels. Partner with the business on the design and review of sales incentive plans and coordinate annual review of sales incentive plans to drive timely approval and roll-out. Measure the effectiveness of plan design to ensure appropriate ROI to the business. Analyst and assess market data, industry trends, and best practices to create market competitive compensation programs and ensure compliance with applicable legislation. Requirement:- A relevant Degree with post graduate C&B qualifications. At least 5 years of experience with Proven technical knowledge and experience specializing in the implementation of Rewards programs in a large organisation. Good team player attitude and able to work within a matrix environment. Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, plan activities timely. Highly numeric, analytical mind with superb attention to detail and excellent statistical skills. Pro-active works well under pressure. Fast learner, has a curious mind with a continuous process improvement mindset and generates new ideas to improve ways of working. Good presence and confidence in dealing with stakeholders from all levels. Show more
