Main Purpose Of The Job The HR manager would take ownership of regional HR matters across the company, especially on recruitment, training and development, performance review, conduct, disciplinary actions. This incumbent should also advise the management of the effectiveness structure, knowledge around legal requirements regionally for this role. This person will be reporting to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Job Responsibilities Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Responsible for recruitment of suitable staff to fill the needs of the company and fits the expansion plans for new business ventures Maintain a smooth onboarding process and experience for new joiners and their teams Responsible for training, counselling, and coaching of all employees Skilled at resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation Carry out necessary administrative duties and providing clear, concise reports for the management Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness for our employees Provide helpful and engaging presentations, facilitate productive discussions in company meeting Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance, handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures Conduct performance and wage reviews Ensure employee and workplace privacy Perform other duties assigned by COO/CEO Job Requirements Possess Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent Experience in human resources field with at least 3 years of related managerial experience Possess IHRP Certification would be an added advantage Demonstrate experience in seeking and selecting suitable candidates in previous roles Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues Experience in educating, training, and coaching staff Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Knowledge of relevant labor law, health and safety guidelines, privacy protection and HR best practices Energetic, agile, and driven Resourceful, independent, and self-motivated Adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment Show more
