Job Purpose A regional role covering ASEAN countries, this role will contribute and provide support to all the HR tasks across the region and work with various stakeholders from business and HR function. The successful candidate will have a collaborative and friendly work style, be well-organized, able to effectively multi-task, prioritize, take initiative, and bring valuable knowledge in HR business to add value in project development. Description Talent Acquisition: Responsible full HR cycle including screening of resumes, interviews and follow-ups. Responsible for managing job portals, advertising channels and candidate management system. Responsible for on boarding and coordinate training of new employees Learning & Development Coordination of New Employee Orientation Assist in planning and execution of training program Follow up on training evaluation form and reportHR Administration & Reporting Maintain and update HR files and HR systems Preparation of monthly HR reporting Processing HR related invoice and cost tracking Employee Engagement and HR project Activity participate in employee engagement activities Other HR projects or ad hoc assigned by the manager Requirements Diploma or Degree holders in any field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and 1- 2 years’ experience in HR function will be highly preferred Strong problem solving skills, eye for details, highly energized and good multi-taking ability.
