Job Responsibilities: This Manage the international assignment program from the day-to-day administration of the global mobility activities for assignees from relocation process, settling-in and expatriate life-cycle activities. Facilitate change and offer advice on all international relocation and expatriate assignment activities. Coordinate with various stakeholders on the global compensation data collection for tax preparation and reporting with authorisation list. This include tracking and maintaining the compensation and benefits-in-kinds data. Coordinate with tax agent, payroll administration and assignees on tax equalisation settlements, payments and collections. Handle all immigration, visa and work pass application and renewal for assignees and their dependents. Vendor management and services negotiation with the service providers. Handle the invoices and payments related matters. Handle exit clearance and out-going process for cessation. Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline with at least 3 years of HR operations / shared services experience. Strong working experience of HR services in connection with Mobility and international transfer program. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong employee service focus and aptitude. A team player, good prioritizing and communication skills, is initiative and able to multi-task WHY EMERSON?
