Responsibilities Partner Management and the HR team to develop and drive organization and people strategies, solutions and plans. Partner the business on organizational design, workforce planning and talent related initiatives. Drive a high performance culture through supporting the business and HR team in various performance management and compensation related exercises. Work with business leaders, people managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests. Ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance to the Singapore Labor laws and regulations. Qualifications Degree with at least 10 years’ proven work experience as HR Business Partner in large organizations Excellent Customer-Oriented mindset with a 'can-do’ attitude. Takes initiative and possesses positive attitude. Detailed and meticulous in work. Able to multi-task and respond to rapid changes in a fast moving dynamic business environment. Demonstrate competence in coaching and fronting employee relations with Strong knowledge of local employment laws. Strong interpersonal skills and able to handle multiple stakeholders Project management skills and creative in problem solving. Possess good writing and communication skills. Show more
