Job Description

Description Full spectrum of monthly payroll processing which includes CPF submission. Responsible for all government claims, payment or forms such as childcare leave, maternity leave, levy waiver, NS make up claim, IR8A and IR21. Handle foreign employees' work pass application, renewal, cancellation and ensure that the information is updated accurately with MOM. General HR administration (Preparing contracts or letters, handling of leave management) Handle employees on-boarding and off-boarding process Provide administrative support to all departments Contact point for employees' enquiries such as salary, leave matter or grievances if any Any other ad-hoc duties assigne Co-ordinate medical appointments for new hires (including SP and EP) Prepare and issue Employment Contracts Reauirements Minimum G.C.E "O" level / Diploma in HR or related disciplin 2 years working experience in related HR environment Well versed with Employment Act and statutory guidelines People-oriented, excellent organizing skills and able to multi-task Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken Show more
