Job Description Assist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions Manage and handle employee’s records in Info-Tech System Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and issuances Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters Manage E-leave & E-attendance via Info-Tech System, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance Administer all training-related activities including course registrations/enrolment/withdrawals, training grant application and claim, training records and evaluation administration, logistic arrangements, invoicing, etc. Source, recommend and evaluate training vendors Assist in the implementation of L&D initiatives Manage internship and scholarship program administration Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administration / Business Studies Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in an L&D capacity Possess 2-3 years of payroll related experience is an added advantage Able to commit to 5.5 days/week (alternate Saturday) Familiar with MOM regulations and HR best practices Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently Able to start immediately or within a short notice Remarks For Applicants Please submit your resume including information on your salary package for companies that you have been in service and reason for resignation, and also mention your expected salary and availability for the position.
