Oversee the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for up to 500 site workers; review and ensure accuracy of payroll Prepare for weekly reports Ensure HR practices are in compliant with the law and company rules Ensure HR records are systematically organized and maintained Build and develop neccesary documents , HR tools and systems to improve effectivess and efficiency Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance Responsible for employees’ queries relating to HR issues Develop competency of team members Manage reporting of industrial accidents, wirker's health and well-being Responsible to ensure all claims, fundings, and revbates are followed up on timely manner Requirement 5 years with 2-3 years in construction environment dipoma or degree able to communicate with workers able to work as a team good with numbers high energy Show more
