Role Specifics As a HR & Admin Executive, you will join the Office Management team to ensure the smooth running of the office operations. A collaborative team-player, with a curiosity to find answers and self-driven are some of the qualities we are looking for. Your Responsibilities Performs an extensive array of administrative tasks, including responding to phone calls, managing calendars, hosting guests to Trakomatic's Office. Provides job candidates by screening, testing applicants and arranging inter-departmental interviewing. Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time. Process staffs expense claims. General clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and document filing. Run company’s errands, monitor and maintain office supplies Arrange for courier/shipping facilities. Assist in paying bills while maintaining account transactions up-to-date. Help organize company events and activities. Perform other ad-hoc tasks. Requirements 2-5 years working experience in human resource and administrative operations. Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are a must. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills Open to candidates who are able to demonstrate organizational skills and creativity from past assignments / projects - in particular, being able to think outside the box. Strong ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
