Apply now to be part of the team in Singapore! Our Singapore Team is looking for a HR Assistant / Executive #SGUnitedMidCareer. Specific Responsibilities In charge of all recruitment, HR admin related matters, employee relations/disciplinary cases for one or more business unit(s)/Department of Valiram. Provide recruitment, HR admin, employee relations/disciplinary cases and advice to the business unit and employees in line with the Company’s VMV, strategies and objectives. Implement the Group’s selection process in managing end to end process of recruitment for assigned business unit(s) including sourcing, screening resumes, shortlisting, conducting interviews, assessment, reference check and administering employment documentations. Constantly explore new alternative sourcing methods in reaching out to targeted candidates and proposing new and innovative recruitment solutions. Work closely with the hiring managers in providing professional recruitment advice, support and updates in a timely manner. Perform recruitment administration tasks – salary proposal, background reference check, pre-employment processes, maintain candidate database, analysis, reporting. Actively participate and collaborate with recruitment team on continuous improvement of recruitment as well as other projects within the team. Assist Manager in the day to day recruitment activities and perform any other tasks not specified as required/instructed by superior/management. Manage employee relations/disciplinary cases in accordance with Labour Act or Industrial Relations Act. Support the business in HR related admin task as assigned by the Manager in collaboration with Group HR Shared Services team. Maintain confidentiality of information gathered at all times.
