The role: Senior Staffing Services Associate - Singapore Google is known for our innovative technologies, products and services — and for the people behind them. Our Recruiting Coordinators within Staffing Services are at the front line of all hiring activities at Google. Whether the team is expertly taking care of our candidates and their bespoke scheduling needs or providing exceptional logistical and travel services, they bring a magical experience to every interaction. Partnering with our recruiters to deliver a candidate-centric hiring experience requires a cool head and expert judgment. In this role, you will problem solve in real-time and make data-driven decisions. Focusing on using technology, you’re always looking for new ways to improve or automate processes at scale. You possess a highly attentive eye for detail and are passionate about delivering superb client and customer service. Additional Role Description As a Senior Staffing Services Associate, you will be a specialist for interviewing operations, ensuring a seamless, candidate-friendly hiring process. You'll be responsible for keeping interviewing processes organized and efficient while actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates - from entry-level to senior leadership hires. You will work on improving both operational efficiencies and candidate experience to contribute to the overall success of the Staffing team. Responsibilities Develop tools, process improvements and automation solutions focused on improving both operational efficiencies and candidate experience. Manage relationships with key business and Staffing stakeholders to ensure efficiency in the management of the APAC interviews. Develop data-driven strategies and conduct complex data analysis, present to peers and managers, and highlight trends and insights to influence business decisions. Coordinate complex interview schedules, hiring events and organize interviewing logistics, liaising with candidates and Googlers across all functions. Partner with leadership to arrange interview schedules and provide an excellent experience for senior leadership candidates. Minimum Qualifications Experience in project management, driving process improvements, and working with cross-functional teams. Experience building tools or automation solutions for operational workflows. Experience coordinating events or managing logistics. Experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders/clients. Preferred Qualifications Experience with team leadership, operations management, Key Performance Indicators, team building, coaching and mentoring. Attention to detail and the ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment while prioritizing multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently. Demonstrated discretion and excellent judgment, with the ability to interact comfortably and professionally with all levels of candidates and clients. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze high amounts of data to drive business strategies and decisions.
