Role Overview We are hiring for EXCEPTIONAL people who have; Strong Sales ability with attention to detail Good, well rounded Education and/or Personal Achievements Results and Career Oriented Aptitude Demonstrable understanding of Financial Services, Technology and/or Commodities Team Player as well as ability to work Autonomously Desire to earn Commissions in a collaborative and uncapped working environment Hiring for a highly motivated individual with demonstrable sales experience to join a leading Headhunting Firm. You will join our established business with a focus on headhunting, building market knowledge, sourcing candidates and assisting highly successful and experienced Consultants in the market. In your first year, build your product & market knowledge and further develop your relationship management skill. Progress into full consultancy level when clear and objective targets are met. The chosen candidate will continue to receive support and guidance from senior consultants as you generate work with your own candidates and clients, achieving agreed sales targets. We are a growing firm who will require staff to develop with the company, so we are looking for self-starters who can contribute to the business from day one. Candidates Networking Main Tasks of Role: Develop knowledge of, and carry out Targeted sourcing of candidates through converting, head hunting and re-contacting existing candidates for live roles Identify and qualify candidates for role requirements, match their skillsets to the needs to the hiring firM Develop good candidate relationships. Run candidate meetings for candidate control and address notable issues Effectively sell opportunities to candidates, counter objections, and close offers Business Development Comprehensive, up to date, team-specific knowledge with a generic overview of multiple asset classes and / or products Knowledge of clients, and an understanding of the reporting lines of the business Ability to outline all major players within core accounts, and have an understanding of different company structures Maintain excellent client relationships and be their go-to person for any hiring plans Assist senior consultants with servicing of their roles Wider Knowledge/Duties Demonstrate commercial maturity through awareness of internal and external company processes, maintain professionalism and decorum at all times with client and candidates Continual sharing of information to encourage the exchange of ideas across the business and your team. Cover desk processes in absence of team mates Where necessary and appropriate, accompany senior consultants on internal interviews for your company.
