Structo Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to join our team. Structo is a Singapore-based dental 3D printing solutions provider. We design, develop and build 3D printers tailored for dental applications using our unique proprietary Mask Stereolithography or MSLA technology. We have our solutions installed in leading dental laboratories worldwide across 4 continents. We are a diverse team in R&D and Engineering positions across hardware design, software development and material science disciplines. This new role is responsible for Structo’s recruitment requirements. With a rapidly growing team, the Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist’s job is to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This role provides lots of room to bring in best-practices while giving the incumbent to the opportunity to grow and develop towards the next level. Responsibilities: Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment and onboarding process. Collaborates with hiring managers and heads of departments to understand the needs and roles to be filled both near term and in the future based on the expected progression of team members Assists the hiring managers with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions. Identifies and implements efficient and effective methods and strategies for recruiting and attracting candidates based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions. Selects one or more placement agencies to assist with recruitment process, as needed Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications. Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation and suitability of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Manages the interview process, facilitating and conducting candidate interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Collaborates with the hiring manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Provides advice to hiring managers regarding salary negotiations with final candidates. Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. Oversees the Onboarding Process and tracks completion across all teams, ensuring that the new hire and the people manager completes the plan well, e.g. company standards and expectations are clearly communicated by the PM to the new hire during the probationary period. Ensures compliance with country/federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
