Manager/ Senior Executive, Human Resources Business Partner at SMRT Corporation Ltd

You will play a key role in building effective HR services delivery to support the operations and growth of the assigned Business Unit. You will partner Business Unit by taking a proactive and consultative approach in key human resource areas to deliver and achieve business goals as well as maintaining good employee relations with line managers through dialogues, coaching and counselling. Responsibilities: Manage and/or perform the full spectrum of HR function including but not limited to implementation of HR policies, talent attraction and retention programmes, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement and recruitment Take on an advisory role and work in close partnership with BU to deliver and achieve business goals Work with line managers on staff management and Corporate HR initiatives Ensure healthy staffing while partnering hiring managers to provide resourcing needs and to maintain strong working relationship Collaborate with HR specialist teams to ensure consistent and integrated HR support to the business in performance management, industrial relations, and development Support growth projects Performs other related duties and projects as assigned Depending on candidate’s work experience, successful candidate may be offered a managerial role Requirements: Degree with at least 5 years of relevant hands-on HR experience Experience in transportation industry or fast-paced and unionized work environment would be advantageous. Good understanding of current and emerging HR and IR programmes and practices Possess sound knowledge of statutory and employment law Customer-focused mindset Resourceful and analytical Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict management skills Comfortable interacting with people at all levels Interested applicants are to attach a latest copy of resume with the application.
