Job Description At Income, our Talent Attraction team plays a pivotal role in ensuring we have a qualified, fit for future and engaged workforce delivering our promises to our customers.While we attract and hire the best fit for the role, we stay connected to our people in creating a common platform for them to engage and thrive. You will work closely with TA partners and HR business partners to drive talent attraction initiatives. Key Responsibilities Include Work closely with TA Partner/HR Business Partner to build a deep understanding of business units, role requirements and desired candidate profiles Assist in end-to-end recruitment process to create a highly positive candidate experience Maintain updated communication with candidates throughout the scheduling, debriefing, interviewing and offer negotiations process Assist in reviewing documents and conducting background checks to onboard shortlisted candidates Develop subject matter expertise on current external recruiting best practices and trends Provide general support with onboarding and orientation and off-boarding Any other projects or tasks as assigned Job Qualifications Experience in Recruitment/HR related work an added advantage Detail-oriented, meticulous Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish good rapport with stakeholders and work collaboratively cross departments Strong organizational skill and communication skill, diligent in follow up and looping back to HR leads and stakeholders Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver as a team Show more
