Senior HR Business Partner - APJ at Infoblox  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Description Infoblox is looking for a self-starter with a hands-on, customer-service orientation who can provide strategic HR business partner guidance to all levels of leaders in Asia Pacific and Japan. This position will provide HR Business Partner management and support to drive overall organizational effectiveness, in the areas of workforce planning, organizational design, employee engagement, culture strategies, and change leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and seeks to learn and grow as the business evolves to build effective, trusting business relationships and partnerships across the organization to support the implementation of the company's strategic business direction and in alignment with Infoblox's core values. Responsibilities A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement Identify, develop and implement business effectiveness initiatives and strategies that contribute to building and sustaining a high-performance business and team Coach managers on effective leadership strategies including tactical HR processes as well as interventions involving leadership development and change management Working closely with corporate to design, deliver and implement HR strategies and programs to meet business priorities Counsel and advise managers and employees regarding employee relation issues, performance issues and conflict resolution Provide a solid knowledge base of legal and regulatory trends in order to effectively counsel leaders and reduce potential business liabilities Provide analysis on data pulled from multiple systems for the purposes of trending, including business reviews, turnover and recommend appropriate actions Consult with managers on workforce planning and talent strategies. Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment with recruitment strategies are in place Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., performance reviews, engagement surveys, retention, rewards, merit, workforce planning and organizational changes) Function as the site generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities as needed. For example, interviewing, termination processing, culture events and local finance and office facilities support Develop and conduct training courses for onsite business groups and provide support for corporate-wide management courses as requested Serve as back up for other People and Places team members, as needed Requirements Minimum of 12+ years as HR Business Partner or equivalent with regional experience across Asia Pacific & Japan Proven knowledge of Asia Pacific & Japan legal and regulatory trends Experience working in high technology industry (IT/Technology Solutions) is highly desired Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents may apply Proven ability to contribute to the design and implementation of HR strategies, programs and processes in support of the overall business strategy Demonstrated ability to influence at multiple levels within the organization Solid knowledge of HR functional areas including Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Talent and Change Management Effective organization and planning skills as well as solid analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to manage complex organizational issues and competing priorities effectively Viewed as credible with demonstrated ability to inspire trust throughout the organization Must have prior hands-on experience with ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" Partner and collaborate with all functional HR groups Education BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or any similar combination of education and experience in a fast growing, international environment dealing with people management issues SPHR or PHR certification highly desirable It’s an exciting time to be at Infoblox.
