Senior / Executive (HR Business Partner) at UTAC  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Responsibilities: Conduct new hire orientation and briefing via online/classroom Plan & gather employee feedback through various platforms eg: skip level meeting, focus group, survey etc Support internal events to improve employee engagement & well-being eg: festive celebration, team building program, various activities by Small Group Activities (SGA) committees. Manage and review e-Recognition Program Plan and execute communication activities using appropriate channels/ tools (i.e. Townhall) Manage the process for transport service to ferry employees from JB to SG and vice versa Manage canteen operator on issues pertaining to canteen operations Act as a liaison between the external contractors/agents and employees with regards to employee services matters/issues & plan improvement projects Measure & and manage the performance of canteen & transport service providers Guide Supervisors and Managers in handling grievances, disciplinary process and performance improvement program (PIP) Manage voluntary resignation and involuntary exit Manage Retirement and Re-employment Process Manage employee transfer within and outside of UTAC Facilitate in the promotion, upgrading and re-designation process Manage Performance Management Provide adhoc and monthly active and attrition reports as required Review attrition rate and provide in-depth analysis on the trend Prepare presentation and follow through audit matters to closure for both internal and external audits (Customer, MOM, Housing, Finance and RBA audits) Support HR improvement projects Other administration or adhoc support as required Requirements Degree in Human Resources or Business Studies or related fields with 1 year experience Familiarity with semiconductor or fast paced environment will be advantageous At least 3-5 years in HR experience in a generalist / business partnering role Possess excellent communication and people management skill with the ability to interact with all levels of staff Highly motivated with initiative and drive Passionate and internal customers orientated Meticulous, good analytical and problem solving skills Pro-active and results oriented Proficient in MS Office Words, Powerpoint, Excel Show more------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
