The Role

The Business Analyst, Global Services Committee is responsible for providing the operational guidance to ensure our global services are being performed in a compliant and profitable for all WWT Services.  The Business Analyst, Global Services Committee will accomplish this through effective and proactive engagement, education and facilitation of the Opportunity and IR Requests for Global Services. They will be working with the mindset of achieving a positive customer delight in all interactions. Additionally, the Business Analyst will represent the Global Services Committee through educating and assisting the Sales, Services Sales and Pre-Sales team on the guidance and governance for the GSC to sell and deliver services globally for WWT and our customers. 


Take the lead on the day-to-day activities of the Business Analyst role reporting to and working with the Area Director “ Global Services Committee to ensure consistent messaging of GSC across WWT.
Establish yourself as one of the First Contacts / Entry Point for GSC Request for Information/Support regarding Opportunities & IR's
Facilitate the Weekly Opportunity Review Call and the Facilitates Weekly Opportunity Executive Review Call when scheduled/required.
Lead Opportunities through Opportunity Review Process and Opportunity Executive Review Process.
Work with the Account Teams on Opportunities to "Frame the Deal" prior to it reaching the GSC Opportunity Review, to Optimize Profit and Minimize Risk.
Be the Opportunity Representative for Account Team in the Weekly Review Call and in the Weekly Executive Review Call when schedule/required.
Develop a process to Filter Run Rate Opportunities & IR's directly to the SRC
Establish Reporting Metrics and KPI's for Opportunities & IR's (Volume Opp & IR, Review Turnaround, Approval Rate, Win Rate)
Work closely with WWT Account Teams and inside of Services to understand their business and trends for services to be delivered across the globe.
Proactively communication & educate WWT Stakeholder Education on GSC (Discovery, Review and Enablement)
Timely Engagement & Communication - Opportunity Review Responses and IR Review Responses
Lead the Process & Tooling improvements in The Deal - Global Services Interface on behalf of the GSC
Provide leadership and act as a change agent.
Create and cultivate networks of people across WWT and use them to accomplish the objective of creating and supporting a highly efficient Professional Services organization
Actively support the development of a compelling view of the future of WWT Professional Services in each country around the world, bridge the gap of services entities within WWT to provide a more cohesive and profitable growth model.
Exercise comprehensive knowledge of WWT's professional service capabilities and continuously work to identify relevant ways these capabilities can be positioned to serve the customer.


Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree is a plus
2+ years with experience in running multi, regional or international services
Operate with the highest level of professionalism, personal integrity, and accountability
Excellent Communication skills “ able to highly articulate and convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner both to motivate the team, and in times of high pressure
Analytical skills “ able to apply logic and sound reasoning to determine the facts of the case and reveal root causes
Energy & Endurance - has a high capacity for work, and able to maintain performance over long stretches of time
Seasoned matrix team player who can navigate and work within a motivated, high-performance team of highly focused employees, working towards clear objectives and celebrating outstanding performance.
 Trusted colleague and collaborator who can reach out across WWT organizations and functions to build support and drive efficiencies
Experience creating and supporting of various services business models, delivery models and partnering arrangements, including Professional Services, Managed Services, Cloud Services, Staffing Services, etc.
Demonstrated experience crafting win/win solutions with customers, sales and services delivery organizations.
Demonstrated experience leading through influence in matrixed organizations.
Strong organizational skills (PMP or PM experience will be a big plus).
Professional demeanor with the ability to speak at the executive level and build relationships.
Strong understanding of contract processes. Demonstrated ability to manage contract modifications and take the lead on negotiations surrounding contract scope, cost and schedule.
