As we solve more and more complicated business problems, we need people who can help deliver people and process outcomes as well. You will want to use your talent and experience to make a difference for our customers. Role Driving specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders Provide guidance to the client and to ServiceNow technical resources in the implementation of the to-be processes Lead clients in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow functional capabilities and in their efforts to improve their processes Completing, developing and improving required documentation such as process flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities, workshop agendas, presentations, gap analysis reports Identifying areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommending solutions that detail pros, cons and risks Juggle multiple and complex projects and initiatives Promoting continuous process improvement practices through process metrics/KPIs, dashboards and role accountabilities Assist delivery teams in resolving critical path issues and challenges during engagements. Assist delivery teams in basic ServiceNow development activities during engagements. Supporting specific sales activities when required Stay current on product developments/releases required new service solutions. Managing and communicating process and business requirements ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the customer's expectations In conjunction with Sales Personnel, Solution Consultants, conduct transition briefings - communicate commitments and expectations in preparation for engagements Providing training and mentoring to other members of the services team Likely requirement some travel up to 50%, driven by customer needs and internal meetings Requirements Proven experience in defining and deploying 'to be' processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective Strong understanding and experience with any or all following tools such as ServiceNow, IBM RSA Archer, BWise, SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP, SuccessFactors Solid experience in requirements gathering, including experience in creating process documentation Knowledge of the processe utilized in a Shared Services environment Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity Experience in analysing and recommending strategies based on business priorities Proven team player and team builder Show more
