Experience (UX) Strategist at GrowthOps

We are currently looking for an Experience Strategist who will work with clients and teams across the region to deliver end-to-end experiences on digital platforms which leverage our current offerings. Mandatory Skill(s): Demonstrated track record of leading customer and/or user experience design pitches and projects with clear objectives, goals and measured outcomes. Knack for sharing research insights through compelling visual storytelling (e.g. customer journey through screens). Ability to frame strong rationales for design decisions that persuade peers and executives. Experience translating business needs or requirements into actual features or products (mapped against customer/user insights). Experience planning and facilitating customer engagements for research and feedback. Experience facilitating collaborative design workshops. Experience working across SEA / APAC market. Desire and ability to cultivate a shared purpose and vision when working closely with peers on business, technology, and customer success . Responsibilities Strategise to deliver relevant and best-in-class Customer / User Experience Design. Guide and collaborate with other teams (researchers, designers and developers). Constantly identify any gaps in current experience, from a UX and UI perspective. Conceptualise research ideas into insights and solutions that align with business strategies by doing user research. Develop workflows, best practices (Experience, Search, Optimisation etc.) and governance processes. Co-design and optimise our Experience Design Playbook. Nice-to-haves: Experience with offline service design. Multilingual (English compulsory). Down-to-earth personality and willingness to get your hands dirty.
