Responsibilities As part of the Digital Marketing Team, you will engage with different segments of our Codashop users across all markets to deliver additional value through tailored offers. You will propel automated and adhoc personalised campaigns on various channels (EDM, push notification, Codashop placements) to increase user conversion and retention. Specifically, you will: Conduct customer research and develop a strong understanding of Coda users and behaviour across the entire life-cycle Conduct data analysis to uncover opportunities in the user lifecycle and propose campaign ideas to increase user value Own the marketing automation process and tools Plan and execute these customer campaign programmes on Email, App PushNotifications, SMS channels, and all other necessary communication platforms related to CRM Track, measure, and report on campaign performance. Design and conduct A/B tests for improvement. Develop cross-channel approaches and high-impact user segments, and targeted communications to drive results Requirements Bachelor’s degree in BA/Marketing/Statistics 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing or user insight, preferably B2C in an online business. Knowledge of email and push methodologies and deliverability Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Prior experience in Excel, HTML, SQL or related programming languages Good verbal and written communication skills.
