Job description Manage the configuration of the application based on Business Unit requirements and the company's/HRIS Standards for Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Learning Management and Recruit Support the design and data delivery of various new set of business insights and analytics; initial requirements gathering, data discovery/gap analysis and the development of dashboards and reports by collaborating with IT teams. Formulate and define HRIS systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of application systems and industry requirements. Interact with customers/users to gather requirements for enhancements, issues etc. Perform root-cause analysis and brainstorms resolution options and communicate the same effectively across various teams including customers. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, process flows, user documentation, departmental policy and other documentation that impact the use of HR systems. Execute day-to-day administration including but not limited to data integrity assurance, maintenance, security configuration, and process documentation of HRIS systems. Creates and maintains a variety of system reports, which may involve complex programming of software, databases, and/or other related systems to support the business needs of the department. Requirements Requires completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field. A minimum of two years configuration, implementation or business support experience with an HCM application. Works well independently and within teams. Must be able to collaborate with a variety of internal/external clients, technical and non-technical partners and/or team members at a level of detail required to resolve issues of complexity. Excellent organizational and interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability to absorb new procedures, technologies and features quickly through instruction and independent learning, retain that learning and apply knowledge to new situations. Ability to analyze and understand department business workflow and computing needs. Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
