Business Process Analyst ----Summary The Business Process Analyst will work with stakeholders in sales, services, logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure that their processes are managed, updated, and changed in accordance with the developments of the business. This role will primarily involve projects in Oracle with a global effect on business practices. We are seeking a smart, communicative process professional who can bring fresh insights into the team and take advantage of the wealth of expertise and knowledge that Poly can offer locally and globally. Responsibilities: Responsible for quality assurance/audit of service orders > $100K Create QA-Audit reports and assign corrective action as appropriate Testing and implementation of new modules, including upgrades and changes within Oracle Document processes and write user manuals; provide training to business users Reporting, analysis and troubleshooting Project management when necessary, change management stakeholder expectations analysis Required education, experience, skills: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems or Operations Experience with ERP system (strong preference Oracle) with willingness to learn capabilities of ERP systems and the logic behind it. At least 1 years’ experience within Operations or ERP/ systems consultancy required Required competencies: Leverage process improvement techniques to streamline process and technical solutions A high level of independence as demonstrated through clear problem-solving skills, effective process evaluation, strong team and business relationship building, and delivery of high quality work Strong ability to navigate through ambiguous situations and think outside of the box Repartition over different ERP modules: 70% Order management, i-Store, Advance pricing and Channel revenue related, 10% Supply Chain modules related and 20% OBIEE. Ability to operate in a fast paced, changing environment Strong written & verbal communication skills in English including, business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposal. Leverage process improvement techniques to streamline process and technical solutions Detail oriented and self-motivated individual able to function effectively when working independently or in a team. Ability to innovate and share best practices with members of the project team Ability to thrive in a cross-functional teams Preferred: Experience writing SQL/OBIEE queries is preferred Proven ability to translate business processes into interactive analytic solutions/reports. Fluency (written/spoken) in additional languages such as Spanish, Mandarin and other European languages. What do we have to offer?
