Regional Key User & Digital Enabler Asia ----The role is responsible to ensure the professional usage and setup of Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems and processes including master data in all countries of Region Asia. This serves as basis to achieve set Regional and Country SCM KPIs and targets. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure the professional usage and setup of Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems and processes including master data in all countries of Region Asia. This serves as basis to achieve set Regional and Country SCM KPIs and targets by monitoring and ensuring: 1 st level (A-Level) support for end users in Countries for any system related issues and contact to 2 nd level (B-Level) support for systems and processes. Adherence to Pharma SCM standard systems and processes. Quality of master data and transactional data in APO, P2R and P4S (Forecasting and Planning) Training of new end users and continuous training of existing users. Cascade new software releases or upgrades into the region and countries. Support the digitalization and automation of supply chain management activities on regional and country level (RPA, Blockchain, AI, IoT etc.) : Lead projects towards tangible results. Support the digitalization & automation initiatives with tool evaluations and process know how. Act as the link between Regional SCM Asia and existing centers of excellence within the Bayer Group. Act as first point contact for End Users (Forecast Managers and local Supply Managers) and Local Key Users. Provide A-Level support for end users. This includes hands on troubleshooting system issues, resolution to system access issues, working closely with end users and central IT support team as required. Contact to B-Level support, i.e. create support tickets for local or global support units Monitor and oversee the supply chain planning and execution systems and processes. Identify, communicate and mitigate potential issues thereby significantly increasing SCM KPI achievement and customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to Pharma standard processes and run monthly and yearly routines. Implement systems, process and business model changes after approval by central/regional functions. Support audits of local master data, processes, interfaces, etc. in close alignment with central functions. Oversee, monitor and ensure the quality of master data, transactional data and system interfaces. Reinforce regular data cleansing efforts. Training / Communities Ensure onboarding and training of new end users and continuous training of existing users; Delta training of end users in case of systems and process changes; Run Regional Key / End User Communities. Process and System Change Management Represent end users in Pharma key user community; Inform end users about new developments, new requirements and process changes; Be regional contact for projects; Ensure smooth cascading of new software releases or system upgrades Be the discussion partner for the Sales Affiliates and Regional Distribution Centers on supply chain systems and processes. Maintain close contact to all relevant stakeholders in the Region, Countries and SCM Platform to improve supply chain processes and ensure optimal SCM KPI’s. Digital Agenda Support fostering of Digital Enablers in Asia, i.e. work towards creating Digital Mindset & Skills, driving Data as an Asset, employing Flexible and Agile Technology, optimizing Digital Delivery & Collaboration and strengthening the Digital Ecosystem & Partnerships, while considering the context of Region Asia Keep the SCM community Asia up to date with mature tools through effective training, easily accessible learning platforms, provision of training materials and ad-hoc guidance, Explore tools supporting and enabling the Digital Roadmap in Asia and identify internal and external learning platforms for these tools, Support the rollout of strategic and IT-related projects (e.g. Data.One, interfaces to distributors) in the region, Deepen our collaboration with internal and external partners, Ensure cyber security and IT compliance. Identify innovation opportunities in RSCM Asia and the Country SCM functions, prioritize and submit to innovation programs or realize opportunities within RSCM I+S. WHO YOU ARE: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information System. Good knowledge of Pharma business processes is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of SAP experience in APO, ECC & SNP. Strength and proven hands on trouble shooting and problem solving experience. Profound knowledge of processes & systems (SAP APO & ECC). Experience in emerging digital technologies (RPA, Blockchain, AI, IoT, etc.). Resourceful & high degree of independence and proactiveness. Lateral Leadership skills in cross functional environment. Strong team player. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills. Highly motivated, structured and able to take stress. Orientation on results. Project management know-how. English fluently, another language is an advantage. Mobility (based in Singapore, but prepared to travel regularly within the region).
