Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities Manage activities (business modeling, requirements, analysis & design, implementation, test, deployment, configuration & change management) for multiple projects (in-house product development, customer solution delivery and outsource subcontractor development) across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (Inception, Elaboration, Construction, Transition). Responsibilities will include project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Maintain the Project Scope, Project Plans, Timelines, Milestones, Budget, Resources (Money / People / Software / Hardware / Facilities), Roles, Communication Matrix, Risk Register, Impact Matrix, Issues Log, product backlog, team velocity, and sprint/release planning and progress required for the projects under your charge. Manage Scope Creep through Client Change Orders, Internal Change Orders, Phased Delivery, or other methods to ensure projects are delivered on Timeline, Scope, Budget and Quality expectations Responsible for monitoring and reporting various metrics such as Timely Delivery, Quality, Recurring Cost by ensuring the right balance between delivery, quality, and cost by means of proactive planning, monitoring and ensure corrective actions for schedule slippages, significant issues, and cost overruns Validate Software Requirements Document for the development team which will be used to create products and solutions that support the business functional, technical, and usability requirements from the perspective of: Uniqueness (non-redundant), simplicity, coherency, consistency, verifiability, priority, necessity, completeness, unambiguous, precision, understandable, realistic, realizable, dependencies. Main classes of users, user roles, access rights, and typical usage. Business value and adherence to health care best practices. Operational environment and interoperability and integration to external systems. Non-functional requirements like performance, operating and platform constraints, accuracy and precision, modifiability and customization, portability, reliability, security, confidentiality and immutability, usability, mobility and legal, regulatory, and compliance. Focus on decision making and problem-solving by generating insights, alternatives, and different approaches/options for Project Teams to consider Contribute to disclosure, transparency, and team-building efforts Doing whatever else it takes for the Project Teams to succeed Show more
