Job Description

One of the our main customers has been started a global project to replace it's core IT system. The first target branch is in Singapore, and with this experience, roll-out to other APAC region will come up for several years. This project consists of several business areas. To win this opportunity and expand our business, We are looking for project managers to lead our team and make a good communitation with our customers. Communicate with related parties / members to understand the situation / customer needs / requests for proposal of tasks, and feed back it to related parties / members accordingly Think about process to achieve goal of tasks, and create documents to make sure purpose, activities, input and output of the process/sub-process. Make a consensus of it to relevants. Define format of output to guide participants for better quality of deliverable. Create sample and/or guideline for standardization. Review output if it is created correctly Create feasible Schedule (WBS) of tasks, and set milestones if necessary Coordinate and facilitate meetings for explantion of necessary things to participants. Create meeting minutes if required Monitor and track progress of tasks with numbers. Follow up participants if delayed. Identify issues/troubles, record these, and navigate participants to address these Analyze progress and issues to find out it's trend to take necessary action Report task status / progress to appropriate person with status report in a timely manner. Feed back necessary things to team members Back office tasks (such as creating/circulating SOWs, checking deliverable, Monitor and control budget) are also required Certification in Project Management Minimum 5 years in project manager (PM) and/or PM assistant , with minimum 1 year experience in Global Project Management. Required experience of throughout project from project initiation to post go-live. Minimum 3 years experience in business application implementation, or equivalent of Banking Business Related projects Knowledge of overall process of application development (SDLC) and project management. Knowledge of prototyping is a plus Ability to review created documents/output. Propose solution of issues and carry out it. Able to communicate to clients globally and to Headquarter in Japan Knowledge of banking business (overview, wording, business process, etc.). Especially remittance, trade, loan, guarantee, credit limit, deposit, FX, MM and general ledger is a plus Ability of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Excel Macro/Formula Ability to work with project members/clients and negotiate to drive tasks.
