Solution design (from a business perspective) and the writing of Business Requirement Statements to instruct IT on required changes Project management: Plan and manage the implementation of new business projects, Monitor and track progress, Define and control scope and Identify and manage risk Strong facilitation and influencing skills Effective communication and presentation Work well under pressure, and able to handle internal and customer demands effectively Analytical and logical approach Good and positive attitude Team player Flexible to travel for business trips Computer savvy with good working knowledge of business tools 4-5 years project management or equivalent 3 years in logistics operations Self-motivated Prince II accreditation preferred Logistics experience in logistics operations, solution design, systems, implementations and projects, preferably with returns/spares logistics and/or domestic distribution.
