ERP Assistant/ Process Manager at Surbana Jurong Private Limited

Job Description

Responsibilities Drive the overall process and data integration, harmonization and standardization for different projects/tracks across the Group ERP implementation roadmap Assist in the Group's ERP implementation on integration, harmonization (data and process), process improvements, automation and digitalization across all different functions/tracks. Responsible for documentation of process workflows, functional specifications and training procedures (human resources, finance, procurement, project management, etc). Process mapping, process improvement, harmonization and standardization including business process reengineering across different functions. Develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency Ability to quantify and qualify from these process improvement, harmonization and standardization. Work in partnership with other functions in data harmonization such as master data management across different platforms/solutions/software. Partner with business leadership from all divisions and functions to identify opportunities for technology innovation and optimization. Strong interface with key stakeholders for integration, harmonization, process improvements, design & implementation validation and user acceptance. Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Independent and possess good communication (oral and written) and inter-personal skills Experience in cross-cultural environment with multiple businesses and different time zones Proficient in MS Office applications Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage Experience in ERP implementation with knowledge of SAP/Oracle/Workday will be an added advantage Qualification Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Show more
