Job Description Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, communication, risk management, and project management for one or more projects within the client's organization. The projects are related to work and manpower strategy and planning; creation of vision for client's software product development in Asia, and related organization structuring and planning. The right candidate should have vast experience and a good understanding of organizational dynamics; and should be able to navigate the organization and act as champions, change agents, and thought leaders at all levels. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Prepare program plans, drive execution & delivery. Manage scope and milestones across project(s) to ensure completion of project(s) goals. Identify and track project interdependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery. Identify, track, prioritize, and drive resolution of project level issues, leveraging lessons learned from prior experience and work to address and mitigate systemic issues. Monitor and measure progress to ensure that the project(s) meets or exceeds performance targets; document accurate status of project(s) within the program(s). Create presentations, creatives and related content. Requirements: 0-3 yeah experience with diploma/bachelor's Degree. Strong leadership skills; self-motivated and a self-starter with a Can do attitude. Energetic and adaptable - able to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment. Team player with strong team management skills, able to instill passion, loyalty and commitment among team members at all levels of the organization. Ability to develop high quality strategies and execution plans. Strong problem solving skills, able to prioritize among many conflicting needs, advocate a course of action, and pursue it consistently but flexible and responsive to dynamic situations. Strong written and communication skills, with proven track record of presenting concepts and plans to senior management. Ability to influence at all levels.
