Telecoms Business Process Specialist (eTom/ITIL) at RP International  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Business Process Specialist will have hands-on experience in digital transformations, implementations or deployments. Drive and deliver process improvement and operational efficiency through process optimization Translate business requirements into technical requirements that encompass the end-to-end IT ecosystem Conduct gap analysis of current processes to identify improvement opportunities Understand the strengths and weaknesses of both eTOM and ITIL and demonstrate capability in applying both appropriately, bridging the gaps between them. Develop a BPM framework and implement appropriate tooling to support dynamic business-driven business process management Educate and train the business on the use of BMP and tools Develop a center of excellence for all business process management activity Liaise with all business groups and external stakeholders to build an understanding of the key IT applications and systems that will be required to provide the technical, commercial and financial business solutions to fully support the efficient delivery and implementation of business processes Prepare user manual and operations manual, and plan & facilitate the training of users and operators Define operation procedures and develop guides, service continuity measures i.e., backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan Required: 5+ years of experience in Telecom Industry, leading organizational change, business process management including business needs assessments, business process engineering or re-engineering, quality/change improvements. Knowledge of methodologies to drive continuous improvement through process re-engineering Familiar with standard frameworks such as ITIL, TMF SID, eTOM and TAM Knowledge of smart BPM tools and experience implementing these tools Understands Telco supporting business automation, products releases and day to day business operation Solid domain knowledge on BSS applications which include portals, CRM, Billing, Order management with deep domain knowledge in portal/CRM. Experience in creating user documents, SOPs, training materials and training Familiarity with system integration via service bus or API management platform to external systems such as Billing, ERP, Payment Gateway and Analytics Experience with one of the common ITSM ticketing systems Experience in creating end-to-end process flows for one of the Fulfillment, Assurance and Billing cycles like Opportunity-to-Cash, Problem-to-Solve, Usage-to-Bill, Change Management, Problem Management Ability to articulate technical details to a different group of people within the organization Knowledge of the telecom industry and business processes (ETOM, ITIL) Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet challenging deadlines Must be self-motivated and has an entrepreneurial mindset Interested candidates can immediately send their CV in word format at This email address is being protected from spambots.
