A Delivery Manager will work with our functional and technical teams to ensure that Service Level Agreement commitments are met. He/ She is accountable to ensure efficient, reliable service delivery to our clients. Responsibilities: Responsible for defining and managing service delivery level agreements with customers Responsible for major incident and problem management and working with technical teams to resolve or prevent the occurrence of incidents through root cause analysis Provide leadership to cross functional technical teams and encourage teamwork and team collaboration to ensure prompt service resumptions, permanent resolutions to problems and successful implementation of changes and solutions Actively own service risks, control service costs and improve productivity for the customers’ business activities Manage the technical team as well as working with teammates and customers to deliver successful project outcomes Responsible for service design, service operation and continuous service improvement Provide technical leadership and support to the technical team and business partners Wide range of technical experience with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technology Act as an ambassador for the company and ensure that the highest standards of customer focus are always maintained Responsible for service delivery of account and prioritization of work requests Provide customers with relevant reporting and trend analysis to pro-actively support and improve the customer’s business Identify operational gaps and drive to ensure closure, both internally and externally. Maintain long term healthy customer relationships, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams Requirements: · Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science / Business IT or other relevant disciplines · Excellent understanding of Service Delivery Operations and the Service Level Agreements · Have wide range of technical experience with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technology · Knowledge of Banks’ technical environments and supported applications · Proven success in achieving project milestones and broad technology awareness · Self-motivated and pro-active in resolving issues and identifying new opportunities · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems · Demonstrate breadth and depth in knowledge of Service Delivery Management standards and practices · Experience in managing service delivery under ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) · Illustrates project management and relationship management skills · Possesses expert communication skills, both written and verbal
