Service Delivery Manager (SDM) Lead at Lenovo  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Position Description: This position will be responsible to lead Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) Team across Central Asia Pacific region and also manage the operation in his/her home base country, Singapore. This involves providing vision, guidance, and leadership to other SDMs in order to meet the performance/KPIs assigned and also to have broader and strategic view to support the business with right strategy across multiple countries in the region. This position is also expected to own the Service Delivery operation in Singapore and also interact with different internal/external stakeholders. Position Requirements: Min 5-7 years’ of direct experience managing IT-related Customer Service centers / Field Service Min 3-5 years’ direct experience on Vendor Management Min 2-3 years’ experience being a people manager Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering Experience working in MNC environment, interacting with out-country counterpart Excellent interpersonal and communications skills High ability to manage difficult customer issues or escalation Excellent written and communication skills
