We are currently seeking Systems Engineer, based in Singapore to join our team as we expand our operations in the region. You will work with a passionate team of engineers to support and maintain next-generation cloud-based contact centre solution in the region. You should be a customer-focused, results-orientated individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide technical support and follow up customer issue via call or email Able to attend customer inquiries for product and specification Perform product application testing Conduct product-related user acceptance test, training and documentation To diagnose and resolve the problem related to hardware, internal software, and system operation, security, availability, security, performance and connectivity. Able to promptly work and handles emergency and disruption of service with in-depth investigation and timely resolution. Support operations and maintenance of network systems and server infrastructure Requirements Possess Degree in Information Technology, Computer / Telecommunication Engineering or related field Excellen written and verbal communication skills Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude Strong in technical analytical problem resolution skills To assist in any other IT related activities Able to attend problem on-site as and when required On-site to support end-user, customers, operations systems and infrastructure. Familiar with Windows and Linux environment. Willingness to on-standby 24x7 basis support Optional Experiences in support call centre IT operation environment At least 1 to 2 years of Telecommunication relevant experience.
